Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar will probably be buying one. QPR’s goalkeeper has reportedly reached an oral agreement with Arsenal. Arsenal has offered a salary of 75 thousand pounds a week Caesar, which agreed with the Brazilian goalkeeper. Julio Cesar will reportedly transfer to Arsenal complete immediately after the final of the Confederations Cup.
