Wold Cup 2014, Final – Germany vs. Argentina.
For the third time, Germany and Argentina will play the final of a World Cup, becoming the most played and challenges so far at this stage. For the first time these two national teams met in the 1986 which was in Mexico where after winning 3-2, Diego Armando Maradona and 22 other Argentine players were declared world champions.
Four years later, in Italy’s World Cup results these two teams played again in the final at ”Olimpico” in Rome, Germany’s Beckenbauer won 1-0.
This challenge also become the most played game in the history of the World cups, equalizing, Brazil – Sweden and Germany – Serbia that are faced by 7 times. Regarding the confrontation between these two, Argentina, has a positive balance, has won three times, has drawn three times and lost only one time.
